Easy credit building

I signed up for the Credit Account and it was super easy. My score went up after a few months, just like they said it would! I will definitely keep using this and tell my sister about it. What a great service!

Good experience overall

I decided to try their Secured Credit Card to help with my credit score. The application process was straightforward, no hard credit pull which was a relief. It took about a week for the card to arrive after I made the Secured Card Deposit. I used it for small purchases and paid it off every month. I checked my Credit Score Monitoring and saw a noticeable improvement after about three months. I did have a question about my statement once, and customer support replied to my email within 24 hours, which was good. It's been a positive experience for building credit.

Hey guys, thinking about signing up for Kikoff to build some credit. Is it really worth it, like does it actually make a difference on your score?

L Leah Hall 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I've seen a noticeable bump in mine since I started. It's not magic, but it definitely helps if you're consistent.

For me, it took a few months to really show up, but my score went up about 30 points after six months. It reports to all three bureaus, which is key.

Anyone know if there's a good promo code floating around right now? Looking to sign up and wanna snag any deals.

S Sam J. 4 weeks ago
Check with a friend who already has it, that's usually how the best deals work. They get a bonus, you get one.

I got a 'first month free' deal when I signed up last year, I think it was from a referral link. Keep an eye out for those.

Is Kikoff better than Self Financial? I'm trying to decide between the two for building credit.

J Jeff J. 3 weeks ago
I looked at both, and Kikoff seemed simpler for me, especially starting out. Self is good too, but Kikoff felt more straightforward.

It really depends on what you need. Kikoff focuses a lot on small credit lines, whereas Self has the credit builder loans. I'd compare the fees too.

Does Kikoff do a hard credit pull when you sign up? Just want to avoid any dings on my report if possible.

S Sean J. 3 weeks ago
Nope, no hard pull for their Credit Account. It's a soft inquiry, so your score won't take a hit.

Confirmed, no hard pull. That was one of the reasons I went with them actually.
